Breadcrumb Path System
Each enemy AI is designed to follow its own path of "breadcrumbs" when the player is outside their green sphere (invisible during gameplay). The sphere represents the AI's range of detecting the player.

Low Poly Character Model
Made with Blender, this test model was made with basic shapes and UV mapping.

Classic PlayStation Resolution
The UI is scalable based on any screen resolution. The project comes with a custom 4:3 aspect ratio to simulate the PS1 screen resolution.

Custom Fog Effect
The PSX shader for this project (open source) prevents the use of Unity's fog system. The solution displayed below uses stacked transparent gameObjects attached to the player's main camera. It also gives a low-quality visual effect which adds to the desired PS1 graphics.

Custom FontForge UI
The UI for the player and health bars have a customized font made with FontForge. The color of each health bar changes through a color gradient based on the remaining health displayed.

Gamepad/PC Controls
Thanks to Unity's new Input Actions system, generic gamepad and PC controls have been implemented to control movement and camera rotation (powered by Cinemachine).
